Sometimes just during the day I feel like I have something like a flu.. mild fever, sneezing, clogged/runny nose and small body aches but then goes away the next day almost completely. My problem is that it keeps coming back.. something that seems like a cold/fu comes and goes quick.. especially mild fevers come and go often. something to check for? i heard mild fevers for no reason could possibly be an infection in ur body(but how do i know where? lol) and I've had some pains in my bones (i think its my bones but it comes and goes quick too) thx

What is this?

You have allergies. Dust, pollen, things of the like.
-
Definately a possibility. You can find out from your doctor if you have any allergies to crap. Also, it could be that you sleep with the Air Conditioner or your fan on at full blast. Too much of that can lead to a very bad cold. Trust me, I know.

Hm my room is in the basement and I live in CO.. getting colder now and sometimes in the middle of the night i find myself waking up w/ my blanket on the floor freezing lol.

Cold basement? Could be mold allergies
-
Yes, they would be particularly likely to be shedding spores at this time of year.
-
Yeah and if the basement is cold then it is probably damp. That means there could be mould or equally gross stuff. Get a dehumidifier?(sp)

My rooms been in the basement for like 2 years.. didnt know I had a type of allergy but the coldish symptoms have been around a while now that ive thought about it... is it possible if it is a mold allergy that it has done anything serious to me? and how do i know? thx

There are some toxic molds, like "black mold." But run-of-the-mill molds are probably pretty harmless. I would guess that you would know whether you had a bad mold by the severity of your symptoms, but I'm not a doctor, so who knows
-
Lol--I wouldn't start worrying about black mold quite yet. You don't even positively know whether you have any mold in your basement, much less the toxic varieties. Obviously, you should talk to your doctor if your symptoms become severe. Otherwise, I wouldn't start entertaining far-fetched theories about non-existent health risks. I’m sure you’re fine. A little allergies never hurt anyone.
