If I pull back the foreskin and right UNDER the foreskin (on top now since its pulled back) theres numerous pimples or they look like pimples anyway clustered around...theyre yellowy. I wasnt sure what they were I checked through internet but couldnt find what it was. Anyw idea what it might be? Now these arent hair follicles because those are usually on the shaft itself and further down.

Is this normal?

Could be pearly penile papules are just bumps on the head that are supposed to be there. I don't think it's anything abnormal but I can't be sure. First of all, are you sexually active?
-
Sounds like Pearly Penile Papules to me, you can do a web search on them and find pics to make sure. You didn't do anything to get them and really can't get rid of them, just part of the equipment for some of us, particularly those of us uncut guys.

They are not Pearly Penile Papules. PPP is only along the ridge of the head/glans. You say it is on the forskin which would lead to the conclusion that they are Fordyce spots. I've got some and others have it too. They are totally harmless and you can't get rid of them. They are just tiny overactive sebaceous glands:
_3) Fordyce Spots
This condition arises from the presence of ectopic sebaceous glands. It may be found under the prepuce and on the vulva. The lesion appear as multiple small, white or yellow spots in submucosa. _
Fordyce spots can occur on the foreskin, labia, lips(mouth), nipples. So don't worry about it at all.

From my understanding it was on the head. lol. Sorry about that, uncut isn't my area of expertise.

yeah listen to everyone else. I am just as clueless as you my friend.

Well I checked everywhere, and its either these or something else."Pearly penile papules: multiple, small (about 1-3mm) papules running around the circumference of the crown of the glans penis. They typically develop in men aged 20 to 40, and around 10 per cent of all men are affected. They may be mistaken for warts, are not infectious and require no treatment. Fordyce spots: small (1-5mm) bright red or purple papules that can appear on the glans, shaft or scrotum and usually affect younger men. They may occur as a solitary lesion, but frequently appear in crops of 50 to 100. They are painless and not itchy, but may cause embarrassment because of their appearance, or a fear that they might be sexually transmitted. They are abnormally dilated blood vessels, covered by thickened skin. They may bleed if injured or even during intercourse. They are not infectious and their cause is unknown. Although a number of approaches have been tried, there is no simple, reliable treatment to remove them. Troublesome bleeding spots can be sealed with a device that uses a small electric current (electrocautery)."

Yeah, I don't know where you found that description of Fordyce spots. It doesn't really sound right. The reference is to something else. I've heard of that description before and someone actually had a picture of it too. It's called Fordyce (kera-something). Fordyce spots are tiny yellowish spots just under the surface of the foreskin. I can almost guarantee that that is what you have. I did have a link to pictures of the spots but can't find it now. If I do I'll let you know.
OK. It took me about 1/2 hour to find it but here it is.
