I think i will talk to her first.. Tutor isnt going to help my hate for school.. more schooling is goign to piss me off more.. Latly.. I have been caring less.. and less.. Im not going to make it on regular school.. I hate it that much... I cant stand it anymore.. Wasn't for school.. My depression would have never started in the first place..

Learning problem..?
-
Dropping out of school doesn't sound that good. Everyone has to do things in life they don't want to do. I think a tutor is a great idea, and you should be glad that your parents are getting a tutor for you. Homeschooling or an alternative requires much more work. Nobody really likes school, but that's part of life. You need to give things a chance.
-
But i hate it so much.. That im on the verge of just not going anymore.. At all..If they make me.. I will kill all of them.. I dont have a problem.. or this will just drive me to sucide.. which seems easier and easier daily.. and my mom checked into tutors... $1500 min. Screw that... Giving me more schooling isn't going to help.
-
$1500 a minute? That isn't possible.
-
miniuem... Not minute.. Like so much for the testing... You have to pay for a certain about of hours.. like 36 hours.. or something.. Its pretty crazy..
-
You'd probably like school better if you could understand the material that's being taught. Don't jump to any conclusions until after you've talked to a few people. Try to chill, think positive if you have to think at all, and keep yourself busy. Things need time and time heals. One day the rays of sunshine will break through those dark rain clouds that were once thought impassable.

My parents called me in there a few min's ago.. I walk in there.. My dad is like.. Get information on tutors, independent study and C School tomorrow. Maybe there considering it

Great FaBMX. Maybe it's time that things start to look up.

Dood, Im 30 and still doing basic math! It doesnt affect my work, since I dont need algebra to teach sex. Hell I dont even have a degree. Limitations are only as large as you make them!
-
I need to know how to do binary, decimal, hexadecimal, and other computer math. So I guess it's helpful that I got to Alg II.
-
For your job?
-
yes.

I can see why you might have problems understanding math when it comes time to actually do it. Math involves a lot of remembering steps and rules, so when you have to apply them to what you're doing, it even confuses me because I forget the order of the steps, or even what they are. In our school they're teaching us Integrated math with these weird calculators. I wish they would teach basic math and money skills every year because I'm horrible with money, and it gives me panic attacks when dealing with it. Last time I remember being taught money skills was in the 6th grade, and I'm now in 10th. So maybe you just need a really good tutor to help you. Who knows, maybe they can explain it to you in a way that you'll understand. Everyone has different techniques in which they teach.
