I am 15 years old, and I am uncut. The main problem/worry I'm having right now is that I cant pull my foreskin all the way back to see my head. It appears that it is like - connected to the head of my penis by a cord or something ( I know that sounded strange ), but when I try to pull it back it hurtz like tha dickens.. Is that not normal? I can pull it back just far enough to see the hole, but thats about it.I'm not that far in puberty - The only sign I really have had is a few hairs at the base of my penis, with some under arm hair. I havn't had any penis growth, I cant ejakulate, and I still have a girlish voice, etc. My penis is only 3.5 Inches long.. Does the skin become more lose during puberty when the penis grows? Please help me out - I'm really confused

That "cord" JetStreak, is the frenulum. It's supposed to be there. It sounds like you're a bit late with puberty, and that may slow things down a bit. Still if you keep stretching the foreskin (not so hard that anything tears) it should gradually get further back.

So the frenulum rips when the Penis grows? Will that be painful? What is the frenulums puprose of being there? I"m starting to get a little overly concerned on this topic. Also, I have found another thing that might be a problem - I touched the tip of my head for the first time in my life today (just the tip,I cant get it back far enuff to touch the side)..The problem was, it was VERY Sensitive (Hurts when I touched it).. Is it suppost to be like that? Will I get use to it? or is it something that I should be concerned about Yes I do realize that I am behind in puberty, I do get a little upset about it, I just keep telling myself that its no big deal. Even though I do get made fun of at school over my Girly Voice

The frenulum doesn't rip as the penis grows, it just grows with it. Its function is to pull the foreskin back over the head when you are soft, so the head is protected. Some people have a frenulum that's too short, and then it can tear during sex; but usually a bit of gentle regular stretching will be enough to get things working properly. In very young boys the foreskin is attached to the head and can't be pulled back. Later it detaches. When this happens varies a lot. It's usually well before puberty, but sometimes it doesn't happen until puberty, and it's possible, since your puberty is late, that it hasn't fully detached yet. So stretch gently and give it time. The head is supposed to be sensitive, but it will get less painful as it gets more used to being outside its protective wrapper. Circumcised guys tend to lose too much sensitivity as they get older. It's difficult to be different from the others. You will catch up in time, but I know that's little consolation.

Well, I'm pretty sure that it is not still attatched to the head of my penis, because when i pull on it, and stretch it away from the penis, it isnt touching it. I just have a really bad pain when trying to pull it back.. So, I must be able to retract it beyond my head in order to have sex someday? In other words, you cant have sex without retracting?

Sorry for the double post, but it would no longer let me edit.. I have always been told that their was no way to speed up puberty, but could more sleep at night speed it up? Or could not enough slow it down?Just a curious thought - I'm one of those kids that like to try to pull all-nighters

People who have phimosis (foreskin too tight to retract) can have sex without retracting, but they don't get as much out of it. Someone whose foreskin isn't too tight would normally find the movements of sex would cause retraction, which could be painful if you hadn't loosened it up before. As far as I know, the amount of sleep you have has no particular effect on puberty.

When you said, "not get as much out of it" are you refferring to pleasure? Is that for both partners?
-
Yes, it's like having a condom. The sensation is diminished.
