iv been working out for the past 6 months. Iv gotten alot of improvments but still not satisfied with them. I want to get bigger... What are some good work out tactics i can use?
Whats a good exercise for arms and chest?
increase the number you do within your repetitions by a little bit every week. For example, let's say you bench 135, 5 reps 3 sets. Next week do 7 reps 3 sets. Then the next week move back down to 5 reps 3 sets but add the weight up to 140. In about 3 to 4 months you'll see a major difference in your body structure as long as you incoporate a lot of different work outs. Squats, Dead Lift, Power Clean, Military Press, Bench, Incline Bench, Curls, Butterfly Curls. After all the weight lifting, throw yourself on the ground and do left side cruches, right side crunches, and regular crunches and while doing them keep your legs crossed and in the air.
follow this (it helped me):
Bench Press = 5x5
Decline Press = 4x8
Incline Press = 4x8
Curls = 3x8
Triceps = 3x10
Dumb Bell Flies = 4x8
DO as much as you can on each lift, but not so much that you cannot finish your workout, know your limits.
