I know I have a problem, and I honestly want to get over it, but how do I do this ? I want to get rid of the bad stuff such as my horrible insecurity problems and I get jealous easily. Please help me think of ways to get / lower the issues...

A bit of a problem

Hmmm. Each person is different and so it would be hard to tell you what to do to get rid of your insecurity issues. It will be especially hard to get rid of your jealousy issues. I can tell you this though. The more confident you feel about yourself the less insecure you will be. Confidence can be gained in various ways from making your body look better by going to the gym or helping other people out and getting compliments for it. Now, truthfully I don't see a problem with the jealousy thing. My ex has a big jealous bone in her body, but it didn't bother me much. I know some guys get annoyed by it though. I don't see how you can stop that because it's just a part of who you are.

I will stop being jealous if its the last thing i do... im determined... and as for the working out thing... im working on it

It's good to know that you're working on things. Determination is the key in this bout. Let me know how that jealousy thing turns out, I'm curious.

Hmmm. That sounds like a good plan.

There is nothing wrong with jealousy to a point. Jealousy can get excessive sometimes though. My girlfriend can get quite jealous sometimes and blow stuff out of proportion. Like accusing me of liking other girls n stuff like that. but Jealousy can show you care also. It shows that you are scared to lose that person. But yea, i agree with no1sexpot on that u need to become more mature, but like i said, theres nothing wrong with a little jealousy

jealousy........sighi'm not even going to get started with this topic.

I dont think you'll stop feeling jealousy, because its a natural human emotion just like love and hate. One thing you can do is keep track of how and why you react to certain things. Did you have a person cheat on you in the past? Are you afraid of this happening again>? Realizing why you feel the way you do is often helpful when trying to better yourself. Then all you can do is think things through before reacting, but the feeling of jealousy is not that easy to ignore.

ALright, I had something occur to me in my past that I'm not very proud of. When I was younger my vision of guys was kinda shaded by some guy. Then I met this guy I like currently and I realize I get jealous easily, but I really do not mean it, it really ticks me off... cuz I don't want to be jealous but it happens cuz Im really afraid of being hurt again.
