It took him 3 years, but Bush finally came to Canada (Halifax, NS) to thank Canadians for the support and help after 9/11. Better late than never.

Better Late Than Never
-
I'm suprised he could find Canada.
-
HAHAHAHAhahahahahahahhahahahaa
-
It's not like we're hard to find or anything. I mean, we ARE a part of North America...just like the US.
-
Oh really? I thought you guys were up by the North Pole or something like that.
-
Sadly, some people think we are.
-
i think george bush is a good president!!I think its great he came up here!
-
In my opinion, George Bush does know how to do his job well and deliver good, motivating speeches. I just don't think he has the right interests, for example, larger corporations over people. But then again, how many politicians do put all of their interest in to the people. I'm glad he came to Canada though, reminds us that he remembers we're here
-
I saw that on the news today and I was knid of nice to see some interaction between us! On the other hand I think it's never too late to say thanks!
-
Well I definitly do not like George W. Bush, and I don't think that he is qualified for the job, but I don't think anyone Democrat or Republican has been since BIll Clinton (his reason for getting impeached had nothing to do with his presidency in my opinion) but I definitly agree better late than never.
-
In reply to: George Bush does know how to do his job well and deliver good, motivating speeches. Bush can't speak well at all...you must not have seen the presidential debates...he looked like a total moron...lol Though I hate to admit it he does his job semi-well despite his misguided ideas. I do feel sorry that Canada was defiled with his presence though.
-
Good point, lol. He doesn't know how to talk with people, he just knows how to read a prepared speech good
-
Talk about a Canadian stereotypical sterotype! Many people think he is a powerful speaker and can really get people going. And the people I know that have met him thought he was amazingly believable and charming.
-
he is believeable, and that's why like 20,000 innocent people are dead!...referring to the war in iraq...both iraqies and americans...
-
I'm just wondering? Would you spare your life for the freedom of 50,000 people?
-
if that was directed at me...lol then:honestly, i wouldnt, its not freedom that america's giving them, america gave them democracy, they didn't choose it at all really...america sorta forced it on them...the war itself made/makes no sense really...considering how it was supposedly justified...but wasnt in actuality...and also how the war is over...but soldiers are still there...dont quite get that one either...
-
To let you know I would! iIwould de for my country any day it is called upon me! Something you pussy, cowardly liberals don't get! And yes the large majority of Iraqis does want democracy. So just because foreign fighters and insurgence are trying to stop the process of freedom and democracy doesn't mean that Iraqis don't want democracy!
-
u may see on the news that iraqies are being done a huge favor, but if u did research then ud find that a large number of iraqies really dont want the type of democracy america is setting up, some do, but many dont...
-
100,000 is considered many people, but when there are 25 million people it's nothing!
-
and technically i shouldnt say democracy..i should say republic...because thats what we have in america...hence we're forcing it on another group of people...america shouldn't be getting involved with anyone really...so many problems in our own country...what happened to the war on drugs, war on gangs, war on crime, and all those great plans bush had?...they seemed to have disappeared...
