People who believe they are in a body that's the wrong gender for their brain are called transsexuals. That's different from being gay. Gay people usually are happy to be the gender they are, they consider themselves to be that gender, but they are attracted to people of the same gender.Transsexuals consider themselves to be of the opposite gender to their bodies. Most are attracted to the opposite gender to the gender they consider themselves to be (which in turn is opposite to what their bodies are), but not all of them. There are some biological men who are attracted to women but consider themselves really female lesbians, for example.Neither of these should be confused with transvestites, who like dressing up as the opposite gender, but only because it is the opposite to what they actually are. They can be gay or straight.

i was one that said gay poeple are born that way. It is just an opinion that many people have but it is not completly backed by researches but some believe it. It is caused when the monther doesnt have enogh adrenaline hormone to give to her baby and he would become more feminine. There are certain degrees of this depending on how much hormone is received.

I think you're right, no1sexpot. Transsexual is more commonly used, but perhaps it's only properly used of people who actually change their gender. "Gender Identity Crisis" could be used for people who haven't reached that stage.
