me and my wife are going to start using the pill (not sure which one yet) and I was wondering is it at all safe to cum inside, Or should i still pull out? Also what BC pill is really good? (in terms of side effects and such)

On the BC pill, Still pull out?

Once she starts using the pill there is a period where it is unsafe. Generally 1 week to 1 month depending on the brand and the doctors recommendations. But after that it is safe (if the pills are taken properly). Of course there is a failure rate but it is very very low.

There's no one pill that's good for everyone. Your wife just has to try different brands out. Most birth control pills don't cause any side effects, and if there are some, they're minimal.

Hey thanks.

After the first cycle (one pack) of birth control pills, you are over 99% safe from getting pregnant if they pills are taken about the same time everyday and she doesn't miss any. Usually doctors prescribe common birth control pills like Ortho Tri Cyclen or Ortho Novum or something... Sometimes they evaluate people's hormone levels and pick something based on that. So, to answer your questions, the doctor will recommend and prescribe a pill he/she thinks is best (they are all about the same effectiveness - 99%+) and you don't have to pull out after the first cycle, not that pulling out does a whole lot for you anyway.

In reply to:not that pulling out does a whole lot for you anyway. How so? By not ejaculating in the vagina the chances of pregnancy are significantly reduced.
-
Pulling out is not a reliable source of birth control. Pre-ejaculate comes out throughout the session, plus man men occassionally have accidents and don't pull out fast enough.
-
That's all true. But the way you said it, you made it sound as if pulling out didn't even matter.
