I recently started having sex with my new girlfriend who had not been active with another man for over 3 years. After having intercourse for a handful of days without any lubrication the skin on my penis became very irritated and some of her long pubic hairs would get caught up while we had sex. Some hair follicles on my base were slightly inflamed and dry spots on my shaft became evident.
She begun to have some irritations as well and bought some KY. She also ended up going to the doctor and they believed she had some bacterial infection and there was some yeast evidence in her urine. She got the medication and has no irritations or symptoms of anything at all now. My penis had very tiny white spots which I do get from time to time also from yeast. So that was not a shock. I believe I may be a carrier for yeast as all women I have been with end up getting it. Well now I have some very small red spots that look like irritated patches healing on my shaft. They do not itch or burn. I do not have any discharge nor pain when urinating or burning sensations.
It seems as when I begin to start with a new partner regularly our body chemistries take some time before they adjust. I have never had an STD and only had unprotected sex with another girl I knew, who swore she had no STD's a week or two before the new girlfriend.
Is it possible that the small spots really are nothing more than irritated skin from the fragile penis skin? They just look unsettling, but they do not look anything like a genital warts or any of the STD pictures I have been looking at lately. And they are not getting worse, simply taking longer to heal. And wouldn't the new girlfriend be having some more symptoms after a months of sex with me if it was an STD? Neither one of us have any symptoms other than my small spots.
