Ok its currently 2:10am in the UK, i gotta be up at 7 today to get to college at 9am, this is all fair doos except, i cant get to sleep

I have a huge problem with getting to sleep. You know what honestly helps, heat up milk and drink it. There's actually a chemical that's produced when you heat up milk that does make you relax a little bit. I find that it takes the edge off and allows me to keep my mind from wandering.

killer , cheers man , i heard of that but i was a bit skeptical, thats whats good about these forums though aint it, u got real ppl whove tried the stuff aswell so why not . Cheers, as for today, i pulled of an all nighter and i almost died at the end of col at 5pm , but im still alive n kickin lol. Cheers n thanks alot hope it works for me

I often have trouble sleeping, especially if I'm worried about something, or the next day I have to do alot, or things I don't want to do, or I'm stressed . . . And sometimes it just happens. My brain keeps thinking, and I can't turn it off. At last the next night I usually sleep well.

Hey tried the milk thing, and it worked I think any who :S, the last time i saw on me alarm clock was 12:11 so its going better already i think everyone should have warm milk
