Check the instructions on the box. They should tell you how long to use the product to acheive maximum results. You certainly want to use it until the infection goes away.

I don't have the box that it was bought in, just the tube. There's nothing written on it about how long to use it for men, the instructions are geared toward women. Just says to use it in combination with the female inserts...Not much help for guys...Was hoping a guy here might have had instructions from a Dr. on how long to apply it????Thanks

I think 3 days is too short. Yeasts and fungi are difficult to kill, and there are still some around even after the symptoms have gone. Two weeks would be much safer.

You are right. Unless it is one of the new ones that works in 3 days, keep using it for 2 weeks just to make sure.Sorry I was so vague before. I thought you had the original packaging.J

This may sound crazy but I've read a few things on the net about yeast infections and several sources mentioned that it affects the area around the anus as well?...Should the anti fungal cream be applied in that area as well???Thanks
-
It can spread to other areas, especially areas that stay moist; but if it doesn't itch and isn't sore you're probably all right.

Thanks all This is a very cool board, glad I found it...Later
