You do know, that pimples HAVE white substances in them... Eum, these are just plain pimples that every teenager has, lol! Weird that you didn't know that 0.0

Yes, all pimples have white stuff in them. Its called puss or sebum. Its basically a mixture of fats & oils and white blood cells that get clogged in the pore. Its usually caused by bacteria that got in the skin pore, then the white blood cells attack them, but in the process the pore gets clogged with oils that normally would flow out to the surface of the skin. Once the pore gets clogged, more white stuff builds underneath and a pimple is formed.

I guess if the white substance smells... they rn't just simple pimples. So if it smells. See a doc. "*

Sebum and pus aren't quite the same. Sebum is the greasy gunk, a natural skin moisturiser, that sebaceous glands secrete. Pus is the mixture of dead and live bacteria and white blood cells that you get when something is infected. If that something is a sebaceous gland, you have a standard pimple and you get both.

Chuck, where are these pimples exactly? How big are they, and what colour? Have you had the same pimples for 10 months, or various pimples coming and going over that time?
