Why am when I'm jealous and angry it makes me wanna exercise? When I'm happy and all giddy I don't feel like moving....
-
Only anger motivates me
-
well... when you angry you should probably get up and do something. If you're feeling good or whatever, then why get up and change anything?
-
I know exactly how you feel. I feel like smacking something as hard as I can, like a punching bag, when I'm angry. Other things I tend to want to do are lift weights or go for a run (helps me think clearly when I run, I don't know why).
-
running actually brings more oxygen to the brain or something, i remember an old gym teacher told us that. So its a smart thing to run some before any tests
-
Maybe I should get up early and go for a run before my finals which are coming up in a few days
-
get enough rest then try it.
-
You're just like me, but instead of working out when I'm angry or jelous. I work out when I see or hear girls that go crazy over guys.
-
Anger is power. No one ever achieved anything significant while in a state of contentmentUse the power, focus your efforts!

Anger usually motivates me to lift weights and work out. Usually because if I'm angry at them then I want every think that they have except better. So I workout ot get a better body than them and so I can become stronger to beat them up(I never actually would beat them up, though).

anger is powerful but willpower is more powerful.a person with enough will can do whatever they want without having to be angry.
