Well for starters you need to start eating healthier, you're 13...so what, that has nothing to do with dieting, exercise more during the day, take some walks in the afternoon or evening, you can't "spot reduce" fat in just one place. You're still very young and are still in the beginning phase of puberty. Your body is going to change at this time, hips becoming bigger, etc.

Amanda's right.. you are young and your body will change.. when i was 13 i was 5'2 and by the time i turned 14 i was about 5'7.. Puberty will change you alot... In terms of eatting healthier? Just instead of eatting chips or cookies.. grab an apple or a granola bar or something.. Be more active in gym class.. lots of little things can help you

im am the most athletic person i know
i am always doing the best in gym class, like not showing off, and i play hockey soccer v-ball and softball. i excersise soo much, every day, and i walk my dog all the time. i also have a aper route -
well then cut out the junk food, like i said before...you're only 13, your body is going to change

In reply to: im am the most athletic person i know you don
t have to be better than the other ppl, you haveta be better than the last time you did a thing, and keep improving. It
s of no use to be better than the other if the other are weak.hope ya got my point -
i dont think excersise is the problem, just what im eating. im not comparing myself to other ppl. i am vy athletic and i improve all the time, i try and beat my past records and see how i can iprove my skills and stuff, so that is not the problem

well what are you asking then? you've solved your problem...your eating habits are bad

You can be really skinny and still unhealthy. Eating nutrionally is a big part of your health, even if your junkfood eating habits do not show on your body. No matter how much you exercise it will catch up with you in the long run. To replace sweets I eat a lot of fruit. Once you get into the swing of eating healthier, you won't want the junkfood as much. A mixture of eating healthy and walking on the tredmill for 20-30 minutes a day, and some situps should get rid of "rolls".
