Hi, im just concerned about my foreskin during masturbation when erect and when flaccid. To start of- im a fairly large kid for my age, around 14/15 stones, im 15 years old. My penis is fairly small, around 3 inches flaccid and 5.5 inches erect.I think my foreskin maybe tight, ive read a few topics but im still not sure. My penis seesm to thinnen towards the end and my foreskin fully covers the head when flacced, with a little extra dangling over the end. When flaccid, the foreskin i can pull back but only reveal 1-2 cm of the head (looking at the penis from a side) when pulled back. When erect, it doesnt pull back voer the head at all, it pulls back but makes a "cup" shape around the, revealing none of it, only seeing it if looking directly "into" it if you know what i mean.I try and pull the foreskin back gently over the head but i feel as if it will not go any further and scared incase it "splits" or "cracks" or even gets stuck. Is this a tight foreskin? Also, i have like little white "blobs" attatched on the "inside" of the my foreskin when i pull it slightly back during masturbation. I have 5-6 of them around the inside of my foreskin - i heard this may be scarring.I have a relatively poor personal hygeine and do not wash the inside of my foreskin often so i dont know what it is, i fear it could be a disease of some sort. When my penis is erect, and i touch the "head" it also hurts in a way, it isnt a pleasurable feeling, its more a "ow get off" feeling, lol.I am very scared about others will react to this and fear it maybe be a disease. Could anyone help me on my issues please?

Yes, you have a tight foreskin and you need to be working with it some to see if you can enlarge the opening so that when erect you can move the foreskin easily over the head and onto the shaft. That "stuff" you see under there could be smegma, a naturally occuring substance that really needs to be removed. You should work on cleaning under there on a daily basis to remove that. What you're seeing may also be pearly penile papules, but you won't know that for sure until you've focused on cleaning things really good. If it is PPP, there isn't anything to do about it, that is common as well. The pain you experience with the head of your penis is simply sensitivity because it stays covered all the time. The more you touch it and expose it to direct stimulation, the less sensitive it will be. Let me know if you need more help, there is alot of information posted here about stretching of the foreskin and how to work with it to make it easier for masturbation and sexual things! Main thing is to be patient and work consistently.

Ok thanks. What EXACTLY should i do with my foreskin, i read somewhere hen flaccid i have to fit two fingers in, but i cant even fit my index finger in atm.If you could tell me what i have to do it ould be much apreciated.

i have pulling my foreskin back whilst urinating and when excreting- this is only when flaccid, when trying when erect, there is not much progress and it much more painfull, should i continue both ways and the practise when erect should ease up and become less painful?
also im having trouble inserting my fingers into my foreskin and stretching - is there any other techniques?
-
Stretching whe flaccid is not going to do a whole lot of good. You really need to stretch when erect.
-
and will the pain ease after a few times of doing so?
-
Probably. You stretch it until it becomes good and tight. Not so much that it is really painful..just uncomfortable and then old it there for a while.
-
is it also natural for the uethra (sp) to open when pulling back the foreskin also?
-
Try no to overanaylze everything. The urethra is opening becasue the sides abeing squeezed.

ok, well one more thing, the underside of my foreskin has a sharp tingling pain every now and then, is this due to the foreskin streatching or could i have split the foreksin?it also seems i cannot stretch the foreskin as far back as i could yesterday, is this still normal?

Hi, 15years and worried! First of all, stop worrying. A tight, unretractable foreskin is fairly common. Many men live their entire lives without being able to retract. However, you can achieve normal retraction by doing some pretty basic exercises, similar to this one: http://www.foreskin.org/46-33-03.jpg Pull out, away from your body, when you are flaccid. Use your fingers to stretch the opening outwards, as much as possible. Pull gently but firmly, only to the point of discomfort, never beyond. Hold the stretch for up to five minutes, and repeat the exercise two or three times each day. Eventually you will be able to insert a finger or two, and then you will achieve quicker results, as you pull the opening wider, using the same, basic exercise.Never pull back on your foreskin while erect, until you are able to achieve easy back and forth movement. The danger is that the foreskin will become stuck behind the glans penis while you are erect, which could cause a very uncomfortable situation. If that should ever occur, push down on the glans penis with your thumbs while pulling up on the shaft skin with your fingers. Pushing down forces blood from the glans, which will permit the foreskin to pull forward over the glans. Do this deliberately, without panic, and you'll be OK. If you have already attempted to force your foreskin back while erect, you may have formed small tears in the skin. You might hold off on any more attempts at retraction until any wound is healed.Hmmm... by the way, if you wish to clean inside your unretractable foreskin you have two options. First, get in your tub when you need to urinate, press the foreskin closed and urinate into your foreskin, until it balloons. The urine will cleanse inside the foreskin as you let go.You might also obtain a rubber syringe and fill it with clean water, insert the spout into your foreskin and squirt the water around. Use clean water only, never soapy. Soaps tend to kill the good bacteria which reside under the foreskin as a natural protection from infections. These will become academic exercises after you become retractable, but the same admonition will hold: never use soapy water to clean inside your foreskin.Korydon

I don't agree with not pulling back when erect. Granted, there is a chance that it can get stuck behind the head if you pull all the way back, but if you pull back to where you get maximum circumference of the glans, he should be fine. The pulling forward and inserting the fingers works too but is relatively awkward to do.

Awkward, perhaps, but when the opening of the foreskin is the size of the cross section of a pencil (sometimes less!) pulling a foreskin back is completely out of the question. Pulling forward works for everyone.Of course ... being able to retract just a bit is much more fascinating process, and I wouldn't deny a young fellow the joy of experiencing his progress with his own eyes. Admittedly, the desire to see and touch one's glans penis is almost irresistible, if it has been hidden from view since birth. Having been there, I know.
