is there any other techniques for stretching the foreskin rather than having a bath to loosen the foreskin? each time i masturbate i try to pull the foreskin further down each time, does this help? i first posted here about 2/3 months ago....i've been kinda worried bout not bein able to pull my foreskin back over the head of my penis....but since my first post i gradually woried less about it! wen having a pee i will pull it back further and wen masturbating i will pull it back further each time, over time will this do the trick?

i never did the bath thing. just pull back as far as u can while ur in the shower and let the water hit it. if that dosent work id suggest u apply lotion to try and help it slide better. first time i ever pulled mine back i was just pissing and it scared the shit out of me cuz id never seen my head. plus it was covered in white shit from pleasuring mah self.

Hi, Neilomc: Yes, there are other techniques for stretching the foreskin. One of the best is illustrated here: http://www.foreskin.org/46-33-03.jpg. Pull out, firmly but gently, to the point of pain but not beyond, and hold the stretch for up to five minutes. When you are able to insert a finger or two, also pull out as though you were opening a pillow case. Again, hold the stretch for up to five minutes, and repeat the exercise two or three times each day.
