hi all im new here and this is my first post. well i wanted to get some advise from you guys on what you think the best way to lose weight after having kids? i recently had a baby 4 months ago and i had my baby girl 16 months before i had my son. so in less than 2 years ive had 2 kids. i have always been very thin and i am very eager to get back to the healthy me and get my body back in shape. my goal is to lose 20 lbs by the end of march. so i have a lil over 2 months. ive enrolled myself into a gym but i am having trouble with eating right. anyways if anyone can give me any pointers i would really apprechiate it. thank you very much!
