i dont know what this is... but im 14, and i have an uncircumcised penis, and on my penis (inside) i have white bumps, and it looks like my penis is ripping from its head to the skin attached to it. and a few bumps are appearing on the line on this image ====|3 and ive poped like 2.. but it hurt, so i stoppped, im not sure what these are, but my penis is all red and it hurts if i touch it, it wasnt pus that came out, it was like a soft t the touch, but a solid white thing.. not sure what it is.. and like i said earlier.. it looks like my skin is tearing from the head of me penis.. and its cutting near the sides.... well the two ends of my frenulum or the left and right side of the head of my penis.. if you know what it is.. please tell me and if i should visit my docter

Good news its' not a disease. What you describe is a common finding called “pearly penile papules”, and found in 30% of men. They are most commonly seen in young males, uncircumcised persons, and individuals of African-American descent. They are essentially lined closely to each other over the edge of the corona (head of the penis). They are benign, and do not warrant treatment.They can be confused with verruca (genital warts), but look different from genital warts under the microscope (histologically different). If you are concerned, you may want to show them to your physician.
