im a big guy around 6'6" 320 right nowbut i play football and basketballand during football season i get up to about 330 at most and i lose it when basket ball season comes around and by the end of bsket ball i wiegh about 290Is this healthy

Considering that your physical activity changes with your weight, it's probably normal. It can be healthy to lose 40 lbs in 6 months or so, but to be changing weight so regularly can cause tendonitis and other health issues depending on your age. I think it would be best if you try to regulate your weight.
