Lately I've had real trouble getting to sleep, I usually can't get to sleep till two or three at the earliest.I used to lie in bed for hours staring at the ceiling, and then I decided to do something productive with my time. I have halfway early classes monday through friday as well as some pretty active dance classes. So I should be tired, but I'm just not.I don't drink that much caffine and I've been trying to cut back on it too.Any suggestions for helping me get to sleep? And does anyone else have a similar propblem?

Same advice I give everyone, hot milk, lol. When you heat up milk, there's a chemical that's released that calms you down and helps to stop your mind from wandering. I tried it, it worked for me, and I've been drinking it ever since. I have horrible insomnia problems, and it's made a huge difference for me. I used to be up just like you until 2, 3, maybe 4 in the morning. Every once in awhile I wouldn't even completely get to sleep (sort of drift in and out).
