I was just wondering, because whenever I eat a lot of corn(like a can) I always have to go poopy the next day. And sometimes I look at it(not upclose but just happen to see whats in the toilet) and I see yellow kernels? Is this unhealthy because I thought ur body desolves everything.

Does corn get digested
-
Some things are hard to digest. The outer hull of a kernal of corn is one of them.
-
Nobody can digest the "skin" of corn. LOL
-
If you investigate more closely (and who wants to?), apparently you'll find that the original inside of the kernels is no longer there - it has been digested, and only the hard outer layer of the kernels stays intact.

guess the body cant digest the outer part of corn. is that the same w/ peanuts? ive notice little pieces in my crap if ive eaten peanuts.does the body only digest some of it.

You shit more when you're eating high fibre.
