I don't excersise, 10 mins walk to and from bus stop every day, little bit at lunch time. My team at work have always got a packet of sweets on the go so im always pigging out on them when i have the chance.How big would you expect me to be? I've got a 29inch waist. I'm 10 stone (63KGS) and 5ft 11.I feel underweight and although for the majority of daily life people aren't aware of my insecurity it does bother me. I dont wanna be fat but i wanna be a little fatter really, but surely with my diet i should be bigger. I am nearly 20 after all!Notice how i've not said bigger but fatter as i don't enjoy punishing myself in that respect. But 10 stone! My friends are at least 11, which is 10% bigger and in percentage terms thats a lot!! With my diet surely i should be a fatty! By the way, on a saturday i usually live entirely on chocolate cookies during the day as my mum is at work and im too lazy to make my own meals.

lol, don't feel bad, man. I live in a dorm so I prolly have one of the worst diets imaginable:Sweets, meats, and dairy...in that order. I usually only drink pop, but sometimes I manage to sneak some kool-aid in.Guess my weight as an 18 year old college kid?100-105 pounds (fluxuates), 5'9.Definitely not the biggest guy, but I don't think I'd be insecure about it. My only real problem is that I get cold easily with no fat. I prefer bein' skinny, it comes in handy a lot, and its a lot easier to get around. Really, I'm pretty fit, even though I NEVER exercise. I have to take a lifetime wellness class this semester, and we have to do 20 minutes of aerobic exercise 4 days a week starting in like 4 weeks. I dunno how well thats gunna go over, I got tired walking up the stairs to class...Apparently, as I have, you've been blessed with metabolism. Enjoy it while it lasts.

Who cares what you weigh at this point...your overall health with that diet is very poor.

I do take vitamin tablets and i have been to the doc about my weight. I'm more of a 'today' person than a tomorrow one and i just want to be of a similar size to my friends, i also work in a place where im the youngest bloke so i feel small, although not heightwise but im just not filled out as much as i would like to be i guess.Have started weights again, my arms are kaining.

you REALLY need to eat better..vitamins and certain nutrients are essential to having a healthy body..hust because you're not getting fat doesnt mean its not having other effects..youre immune system will definately weaken..and later on you could develope serious health problems

I take flintstones vitamins...and actually I have a really good immune system, my mom had a daycare while I was growing up and I pretty much became immune to everything, so I hardly ever get sick now

I don't like skinny people, I used to be moderatly skinny until last summer. I gained like 20 pounds. Its not to much fun. My diets not to bad, I just snack to much and eat more than i probably should at dinners. I drink a lot of pop though. But at the end of basketball season i hope to loose at least 10 pounds. hopefully.

^^^I say better work out at a gym and make those 20 pounds into muscle mass cuz then ud be like me....I lost weight and now when i decided to have nice muscles i realised i gotta gain weiht again...bu hu hu.

I just think it sux that for women it's really difficult to lose weight although they want to be smaller, and men have a difficult time gaining weight although they want to be bigger. How ironic...and cruel of God, lol.

I eat about four meals a day (and two of them are usually huge...) stuff my face with snacks... I am 6"1 and about 120 pounds (9.2 - 9.4 depending on...I don't really know what it depends on )I think we'll all different like that. I have a friend who eats such a small amount that it's crazy, she swims every morning and on top of that viits the three times a week (an hour each time...) and she's still on the round side. Lifes a bitch.

Well im back to the gym 2morrow. Gonna do an hour or so monday wednesday sat morning. Surely you need some sort of bodyfat to turn into muscle, y'know ya cant make summit from nothing.But looking at my diet i think i get plenty of the right stuff, asside from my choccy breakky im not too bad eats wise, could do with a bit more friut and veg.

MAX hiIm not an expert and for all i kno you may know more than i do. but There is a myth that "when you dont excersise your muscle turns into fat" This is a myth.. your muscles get smaller and your fat cells expand. Now u said u need body fat to turn into muscle. Dont worry!! lol ur muscles will grow because fat doesnt turn into muscle ... this is from a uni course so hopefully my lecture's are right haha.
