First, heres my story. Before 5th grade, I went to a private school. But for 5th grade i had to attend a public school, and thats when it all happened. I was always a very skinny guy, and very athletic. But once 5th grade, my mother got me mc donalds. EVERDAY. And back then, i liked it. I never gained weight at first, but slowly and surely, i started to. Now im in 10th grade, im 5'10 and i weigh 188 lbs. I use to weigh 200 lbs, but me and my friend (Who weighed the same as me) Decided to sign up at golds gym, which we did, and for 2 months we went on a serious exercise plan, as well as diet. We both lost about 15 lbs. But then he stopped coming, and I contineud to go, but it got very frustrating and boring (1 mile away from my house, and I had to walk every time). I was once 180, but now im back to 188. I live with my mother only, and she works from 9am to 10pm, everyday. She makes alot of money, but never has time to cook. So obviously, she brings food back when she comes home, which is around 10:30 at night. And since we dont have alot of food in our refrigerator, im starving and even though i know i shouldnt be eating that late, i eat anyway, beause im very hungry. So as you see, i am currently in this alone. When i go to the gym, i run on the eliptical for 1 hour (Which burns 1000 calories). I lose about 4 lbs a week, but due to the foods i eat, i gain it right back. When I do get a chance to go grocerie shopping with my mom, I always get fruits and vegetables (I actually like eating them) and it lasts me a good week. But after it runs out, my mom brings food again, at 10pm, and I eat it. I live in hawaii, and almost EVERY meal comes with white rice. I know its extremely bad for me, but when my mom gives it to me, I eat it. I need help, my mother has never really cared about me losing weight. I want to be skinny again. I am asking that someone on these forums help me out, I trust you. ,And I really need someone helping me on this. Make me a plan, guide me. I have been fat and overweight long enough. Thanks for your help in advance.

why dont you rifridgerate the meals your mom gives you and eat them the next night at a more sensible time? Do you drink plenty of water? I find that when I drink water, about a glass every hour or so, I do not get hungry as easy, also don't substitute any of that water for fizzy drink! It is so bad for you and wont help you a bit in loosing wieght! I too are trying to loose weight. I find it difficult to say no to late meals and deliciously fatty foods. But if you really want to loose the pounds, you've just got to say "NO!"
Why dont you sit down and have a talk to your mom about this? I'm sure that she would understand.
Another thing that helps, is if you always make sure you leave something on your plate. It helps you to not eat as much.
Dont keep weighing yourself either, just every now and then. And make sure that it is in the morning when you have evacuated yourself (thats when you are the lightest so it makes you feel better)

Talk to your mom. If she's bringing you home mcdonalds everynight chances are there are other food places on her way home from work besides just mcdonalds.Fast food places are at competition with each other..so you will never find ONE restaraunt with nothing else around. There's likely to be a more healthy option. See if theres a nearby subway or wendy's. Wendy's has chili that isn't too bad for you. subway would probably be the healthiest option. Or if there's no way of getting out of mcdonalds have her bring you a salad or chicken nuggets which are far less greasy,fatty than a burger. If you have the chance to go grocery shopping with her pick up healthy food that you can eat as a meal..instant noodles,soup,stuff to make sandwiches, and keep getting your fruit. Also you may want to get vitamins..chances are ,if youre eating alot of mcdonalds then youre not getting the right nutrients in your body.
why don`t you buy more healthy foods when you go shopping ?
