I'm 19. I'm working out for almost 3 mounth now and I see some changemens (thanks god...).I workout everyday during 2.30:- 1 day chest, bic, tris and leg- 2 day back, schould, abs- ... My question is... Do I have to take Creatine?I already take Nitrovol, Vim and Radix (From WorldSize)I do not know if reatine is good or bad, what are the sides efects, ... thanksps: excuse my english... I m french

okay, yeah what the hell is a changemens? but anyways, you do not need to go on supplements. You realize if you eat 5-6 small high protein meals a day, and drink lots of water and take in some extra protein via protein bars, shakes, etc.. you will be fine. Lay off the creatine.
