Does anyone know what some symptoms of exhaustion are? If you've read my other posts, you know I work TONS of hours an what not. I'm constantly tired no matter how much sleep I get. I've also been experiencing other weird things. I've been breaking out (especially on my chin?) Snoring, grinding teeth... (the weird bad taste/breath thing, but I don't see how that's related) nausea, occasional lower abdominal cramping... etc.I'd almost wonder if I was pregnant if I didn't know better. I've been on b.c.p. forever and have never gotten pregnant on it.

I read your other posts and I don't know about exhaustion, but those are all signs of stress sweetie. Especially the tired, breaking out, grinding teeth, and abdominal cramps. Also, drink lots of water. Dehydration will lead to feeling tired, breakouts, and some cramping.

ASAP, in a spa, with a cigar. Heehee, I feel like I'm playing CLUE! There are a lot of ways to deal with stress. Some people jog, hit a punching bag, lift weights, reflect, eat, etc. It really depends. It's important to find what's causing your stress as well. If you don't know what it is, then you can't prevent it. And for things that can't be prevented, use your way to deal.

Hey hun, I had similar symptoms to you and my doctor recommended meditating once a week just to chill out and let my body unwind. Would that do it, do you think?
There are heaps of things to try. Have a spa, leave some time each week for "you time" and pamper yourself, go to the gym, watch movies, have lunch with friends. Do whatever it is you enjoy most doing or that you find relaxing, and do it as often as you can.

wow this is like my pshychology class (we were studying stress and exhaustion a couple of weeks ago..) refers to notes you need to do some gentle excercise, like walking or jogging.. you need to recheck your diet and make sure you're eating healthily and regularly, you could also try meditation which will relax you and give you time by yourself.. and try to spend time with friends and have a good time. Also make sure you are getting enough sleep!!!

Thanks girls... the problem is.... TIME. Working two jobs nearly eighty hours a week really limits my free time. Right now my free time consists of sleeping and cleaning my house! I guess I better find some time real soon because I'd lose even more time if I broke down due to exhaustion!

Yep, MAKE some time....LOL, we would miss ya, but maybe when your browsing the forums, you should be meditating...or taking a long hot bath, just don't fall asleep in there. Some times, its just priorities, right now you might not need to worry about your house so much, and take some time out, that sounds like more of a priority if your stressing so bad..
