This is kinda random; but I've been reading around and stuff and apparently you're foreskin is meant to naturally retract when you get an erection?? If this doesn't happen you get too sensitive apparently and it's bad for you!
For me my foreskin just bundles at the end of my penis even when I get an erection. I can retract it manually; but I think it's supposed to happen naturally. I mean also in changing rooms and shit [no I'm not gay!] I've NEVER seen a full grown man with foreskin covering the head of his cock! It just doesn't happen!! What I'm worried about is that I think I'm too sensitive - when girls have 'worked' with my genitals its been excessively painful/sensitive for me and not really enjoyable at all for either of us. I was just wondering what the situation is for everyone else here. I'm only 16, so maybe I'm not fully developed or whatever. I'm just a generally confuzzled guy. I wish we actually learnt about this stuff in school!

Should your foreskin retract when you get hard??

For most guys, they have to manually retract, or it occurs upon penetration of teh vagina.
You've never seen the forskin over the head??? It's because they are circumcised.

My foreskin is fairly short and loose. When soft, it completely covers the head and maybe about 1/4" past. When getting erect, the head emerges by itself and at full erection the foreskin is all the way behind the head. My fully erect penis looks very much like a circumcised penis. I don't have to do anything manually.

Some people's foreskin just automatically retracts because it is shorter than others'. It all depends on the length of the foreskin. If it is a longer foreskin, the skin will still be covering the head at least partially. As long as the foreskin CAN retract, it's fine.

then again, you are onl 14 ish, wait until you grow, then compair it again. you will learn that your skin grows as well. it may change in the comming year.s
