Im a 16 y/o male and i weight 235pounds, i've lost 3 pound in the last 2 weeks....any ideas on what i can to 2 get rid of fat?
I jus wanna get healthy
just exercise (spelling) every night or morning and watch what you eat it really does make a difference like dont eat a buch of junk food like fast food and fried food and crap like that and with you exercising if you do like cruches and a bunch of things that build muscle then dont really go by weight because muscle weighs more than fat but you should loose some just go by like clothes sizes do you understand what i mean?
I'd more focus on your weight. It is hard to abtain muscle while you are on a limited diet. Most people that diet lose quite a bit of muscle.

well what do you want to do...I used to weigh 235 and I stopped eating as much as i did. Cut back on calories, stop drinking soda, and clean up eating habits. I did that and I have lost 47 pounds in 4 months. I am now 193 lbs. It can be done, and now that i am down, I am gonna pick up weightlifting and tone out.
