I am currently taking THIS doing 400 crunches a day(regular crunches//reverse crunches//resisted crunches), jog 10-20 mins a day,playing DDR(Dance Dance Revolution...man that game gets tireing)an hour a day, and working out 4 days a week...and am currently keeping a strict diet. Is this enough for fast results? including a 6 pack? O_o

Lol i duno about that but im jus tryin to lose the fat quicker but keep my muscle and hopefully gain a 6 pack...im currently 5'11 and 190 lbs looking to lose about 15-20 lbs (btw i do reverse crunches for my lower abs..not enough?) thx

yeah dont take those pill things they wont work of be healthy and 400 crunches i way too many reverse or no reverse (i think personally) i would change it to like 100 of each slow down and 190lbs. and 5'11 sound about right to me

If you can do more than 100 crunches, then you're not doing it right. An exercise ball is the way to go, it adds a huge degree of difficulty and really works that area as a whole. A medicine ball or weights that you hold on your chest while doing them is good as well. My point is that doing 400 crunches that are easy for you isn't going to do very much.

you can do all the crunches u like but just doing crunches will not do anything for the abs. a 6-pack is made in the kitchen. if you want to get the 6-pack you need to be willing to change u diet.

First off, what people define as a six-pack vary. If you're talking about getting a fat stomach a little six pack showing you probably should add weight so you can do only about 25-50 per set. If you want wash board type abs, then you should probably add enough weight that you can only do about 10-15 per set. Try doing decline or medicine ball crunches too. As far as the pills are concerned, there really is no need for them and in many cases cause more harm than good. But I totally agree with you are what you eat. If you lots of junk food, you aren't going to be in good shape no matter how much exercise you do. Also keep in mind, your abs are only one piece of the puzzle.

I agree with foozballking completely, and to back his statment on the pills, heres some information about protien supplements and pills like the one your taking. the body can only matabalize so much of that complex amino acids and the protiens, like your pills. when the body can no longer absort them, it turns the protien into a simple carb, wich is then turned into fat. the average male body needs between 40 and 70 grams of protien a day, anything more is turned into a simple carb. if you dont use it up, it just sits there, as fat. these pills are normally filled with junk that do nothing but kill you faster than ever. lets learn about thermogenic destruction. thermogenic proccess is a hard way to say that it increases your matabalism. the bad thing is that a thermogenic proccess also destroys the loop of Henly (in the kidney). it also causes degrigation in the ATP absorbtion in the Kreb Cycle. for those of us who are not a major in micro-biology / bio-chemistry, heres the english version. This pill screws you over in the long run, but short term, it simply gives your body a little more sugar so that you think you can do more. you would be better off taking a placebo (fake pill) to trick your mind in thinking that your getting some type of supplement. just a quick note more, one of the ingredients is theobromine, theobromine is a combination of the bromide ion and a polyatomic ion. the thing is, when this gets inside your body, it is going to desolve and give off the bromide ion. a note about the bromide ion: this is almost as deadly for you as chlorine gass because it is in the halogen family. marketing departments use words like these because the average person doesnt understand them, and they sound cool. here is a preemo example of advertising something bad for you, but since it looks cool, it sells (just like cigarettes).so, now you know way more then you ever wanted to know. short summary, those pills are doing nothing but eating away your liver. have a great day :-). pills are a waste of money and dude go to a gym best place to train and guess what you can afford it if you stop buying them stupid pills i mean if you wan't to find out about some pills that will work your going to need to pm and answer a few Q to see if there even safe for you then i'll link you too a site if you qualify

yea man. dont do crunches. they will work your upper abs nicley but u will only have 4-pack, (like me), lol. :scream_cat:
