hey guys... right i have 4 months before i go overseas to see a very special someone. id like to bulk up a bit, tone the abs and develop the bicepses.. i have 10 kg weights at my dispossal nd i dont really want to join a gym.. so do you have any suggestions on how i can bulk up nd what my schedule should be?

10kg weights will build up round your elbows but they won't do much for your chest and shoulders. I have these size weights too and they're only good for building up your arms ever-so-slightly. You could try press ups - that would build up your upper body pretty good. Also if that gets too easy and you become 'used to it', try putting on a rucksack with some weights inside and that should make it harder again. The gym is going to be the only way you're gonna make yourself 'big', as the equipment there allows you to work on multiple muscle groups. Also, a good diet will help things too. I can't recomend anything specific to use, other than to say: Eat lots of protein - this will help your muscles grow. And don't forget the aid of a protein shake will help too for the 'convenience factor'.In the words from the many successful body builders: eat big and lift heavy!
