Well, if I were you, I would see a doctor. That gurgling sound is not good. That sound and the shortness of breath makes me think that your lungs are inflamed (whether it's pneumonia or a respitory infection). And a doctor would probably give you something to help your breathing.
If you don't have a fever, I think that is a good sign you don't have some type of infection going on. But something in the back of my head tells me fever with pneumonia is more common in children than adults.
But, that is just 'over the internet mom advice' for you.
