I'm friends with this guy. I'm kind of attracted to him. Its never going to happen; I have a boyfriend. Recently I had some pretty decent sex dreams about famous actors. They happened so randomly I woke up wishing I could control having one of those dreams so that I could enjoy it more. Anyway I'd like to have a sex dream with this guy. Anyone ever successfully induce a sex dream?

How do you induce a sex dream?
-
All I can say is... Don't push it. I tried to push a sex dream with this one really hot girl, and instead, I ended up blowing a friend who was a guy. I woke up so tucked in, I couldn't get a boner for 2 days. Let it happen on it's own.

In reply to: I tried.....and instead, I ended up blowing a friend who was a guy lol!here's a proven technique. it might take a while to master but it works. goto sleep early so as not to be tired because it won't work if you are in too deep of sleep. get a tape or cd that has music you listen to frequently and play it preferably on some headphones. also it may help it you can record about 20 minutes of nothing at the begining. now lay there and relax. when i say relax i mean every muscle in your body has to be relaxed. as you relax, start to slow, and shorten, your breathing. it also my help to count (in your head) as you exhale. cos it gives you a bit more control over your breathing. now keep this up as longs as it takes because eventually. you will all of a sudden (and i mean suddenly) begin dreaming. now the hard part is for you to realize that you are dreaming. this is where the tape/cd of pre-recorded music comes in. because you should hear the music playing in your dream. This will let you know it is a dream and you are dreaming. because the music in your dream will be coming from another source. like a car radio or intercom system or it might me like a music video to you and you just hear music as if it's coming from nowhere/everywhere!? now it won't be like, "ha, i'm in my own little world and i can make the sky turn to blood", or anything like that. for instance the first time I successfully did this. i wanted to fly. so once i realized i was dreaming i was already in the middle of doin' something which happened to be going to a friends house. mind you i was two miles away form there and i kept getting side tracked. my home town had alot of things that weren't where they were suppose to be, (store, parks and other such things) but i decided to try flying but it wasn't like, "up, up, and away" it was like jump and start flapping your arms. well needles to say in my dream i had to flap pretty hard and the harder i flapped the higher i went. next thing you know i was pretty high up there and I got tired. so i tried to keep it up but couldn't and started to fall back to earth at a pretty fast rate. then i woke up scared shitless but realized that i had finally flown in my dream. that's the way it is when you play with the sub-conscience mind. things tend to end up totally different from the way you intend them to. (i.e., KindaSmalls lil' episode where he ended up with his male counterpart wrather then the girl he was aiming for.) you cant really control your dreams but you can influence them. the only thing is you have to watch out cause they can seem horrifically real. and often you'll dream you woke up out of the nightmare only to still be dreaming. especially if you try to wake yourself up while your still in the dream.now there maybe a few people out there that may never be able to do this. there might be some sort of adverse side effect for you or anyone else. but i've done this numerous times and each time it's an adventure. so have fun with it and after a while you won't even need the music to realize your dreaming. anyone who does successfully achive this please message me and lemme know how everything turned out!also, if you would like to hear more or you have questions lemme know and i'll see if I can help you out!

The Technique is called "Lucid Dreaming"For more in depth info on what it is or how to do it you can go to Lucidity.com or google "lucid dreaming"

I worked long and hard on lucid dreaming a few years back with limmited success. One of the techniques I used was to frequently stop whatever I was doing during the day and ask myself...1- am I dreaming?2- what would I do now if I was dreaming? The concept is that this will become habitual and, therefore, you should begin to ask yourself these questions while you are actually dreaming. The problem I have is that I wake up almost immediately upon realising I'm dreaming.Of course the first thing I do when I realise I'm dreaming is get nekkid!!

I tried Croix's method last night, not much happened, I don't think so anyway. But hey, it was only the first try. I may not get anything for quite a while, if I even do at all!!
-
Thanks for the technique! I guess mastery of this would come with practice... I'll try this for a few nights.

OK I tried this with smooth jazz on the radio and it didn't work (Kept waking up horny at 3am but no sex dream) - tonight I'm going to try something different; the man I'm attracted to is a singer so I'm going to try his music which I finally got today. I hope this works!

Well, the past two nights didn't go well. I didn't sleep on Friday night so last night I was way too tired that it I fell asleep before putting the music on
