a few weeks ago i noticed that i had a small lump in my scrotum. the lump is about half the size of a pea, and it isn't attached to my testicle. the lump is on the right side and it is about a centimeter from my pelvis bone. if i apply pressure near the lump, it just sorta moves around. the lump is where the penis starts to come out of the pelvis bone, but it seems like the lump is a part of a blood vessil or other tube. please help.
I think thats probably the tube (don't know the name) that connects the testicle to the penis.
