I have a question.I have a small lump or mass on the head of my penis.Im uncircumcised, and its not really on the penis itself but the on the foreskin. Its soft, and round, and cuases no pain. Also, Its not rough our anything, or red.Its perfectly smooth and about the same color as everything else.Ive been reading on penile cancer but i cant find any examples of it. Could this be a cancer or is something like this normal albiet rare for uncut guys?

could be..a wart? bacterial growth? uncircumsized guys have penile hygene problems sometimes, due to a bacteria called "shmegma" or something. asked someone who knows, i know little about that stuff

I think you should get a doctor to look at it. Most likely it's a small cyst or something else harmless, but it's as well to check.548, "smegma" is the mixture of secreted oils and cast-off skin and other gunk that can accumulate under the foreskin. Bacteria can work on it, making it smell foul and irritate the glans.

Yeah i keep myself clean, but i dont know. Thanks, yeah ill probably get it checked out.BTW are cysts genetic? i know my sister had ovarian cysts.

There are lots of different sorts of cysts. Ovarian cysts are one of the nastier sort. For most cysts genetics doesn't have much to do with it.
