I am 15 years old and have a very sedentary lifestyle. I entered puberty about 2 years ago, and have armpit and pubic hair, but my voice has not deepened, and i still have a small penis (3 inches when erect) and baby fat in that general area. I have heard that testoserone comes from pressure on the knees (from excercize). I am concerned that my body is not creating any testoserone because of the lack of excercize in my life. i am not obease or anything, I just dont have any physical fitness in my life whatsoever.
Is it possible that this lack of exercize could stunt my body's production of testoserone, and if so what should i do? mabe there is some way to speed it back up? (along with more exercize, that's pretty obvious.)
any help would be appreciated, but please know what you are talking about if you post.
