In Less than two Months will be released the last star wars movie... And interesting composition of CGI with remarcable actors like Ewan Mc Gregor and Samuel L. Jackson. What do u think about all this stull??... Will you go to watch it?... it stinks?...

Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of The Sith
-
I will definately be seeing it in the cinema. I'm big into Computer Graphics, especially 3D and nothing better than seeing it all on the big screen!!
-
Another guy in my dorm and I just watched the first 5 episodes made, and we're ready to watch the final one. It'll be good to have some gaps filled and some questions answered as to how certain things got to be the way they did (I haven't read the books, but I've heard stories here and there) He's going to be on his honeymoon when the movie comes out, but figures it'll be an even trade. He's got more important things to worry about on the honeymoon...
-
I will def. be going to see it! I am a star wars/star trek freak lol Nothing is better than watching a star wars movie in the theater ^^ Plus I wouldn't miss a movie with Ewan McGregor ^^
-
What, you haven't seen the previous two?
Hell yeah I'm looking forward to it, and the television series that is to follow.
-
We have the 5 so far on DVD and no doubt we will be buying the last one when it comes out, I enjoyed the 'new' ones better than the old one.....tho people who loved the old ones, it seems arn't impressed with the new ones....the boys in my house love em, and many a broom handle has been painted green and is waved about with pure abandon accompanied by the 'lightsaber sound effect!!'

I think there's two reasons why a lot of people don't like the prequels but love the original trilogy.
First, they saw the original trilogy when they were kids, and to a kid, these movies were about the coolest thing in the world and that opinion stays with you when you are older. Seeing the prequels, you don't have the sense of awe that you had as a kid and the 16 years of expectation between Return of the Jedi and The Phantom Meanace was too much and is a letdown.
Second, since the prequels start 22 years before A New Hope, there's going to be a lot of differences and will seem very alien (no pun intended) to those who love the original trilogy because there are only a handful of common characters and they stories don't seem to have anything to do with one another. I think Revenge of the Sith will help people appreciate the prequels as it will link the two trilogies. I don't think this perception gap would exist of Lucas decided to do movies set after Return of the Jedi.

Lucas said that he will definately not be doing the third trilogy.

I must add that my best friend is totally obsessed with Star Wars and has thousands of dollars worth of memorabilia, including about two dozen lightsabers made of metal. He also gave his son the middle name of "Jedi" if you believe it.
-
I didn't say he was, I was making a point. You think I don't know that already? There will be a television series, I think. I hope it isn't as cheesy as the Star Trek series.
-
In reply to: I hope it isn't as cheesy as the Star Trek series. Hello, my name is Angel, and I........I like Star Trek sigh oh and the stargate seriessses, oh and the new battle star gallactica.........someone stop me!!!
-
Sorry, but I am not a Star Trek fan. I think they overdid it with all the television series. It's on practically 24 hours a day and I can't get away from it.
-
In reply to:Sorry, but I am not a Star Trek fan hey hon, no need to be sorry each to their own......hugs I agree tho with you that you can't get away from it, as much as I enjoy watching it, it get VERY annoying when every channel you flick to has one episode of one of the series' on it
-
I am a big Star Wars, Star Trek and Stargate fan too. I never watched Battlestar Gallactica though, I was always busy when it was on, killing kittens and so forth...
-
In reply to: I am a big Star Wars, Star Trek and Stargate fan too YAY a fellow SG1 lover smile have you seen the new one Bob, stargate atlantis with the wraith (strange legolas lookalikes ) I actually enjoy it more than the original series.......Battlestar gallactica was good, enjoyed it....but probably not as much as you enjoyed your kitten killing activites laffin
-
Yeah, Atlantis is so cool! But I didn't really like the last episode of the current SG1 series, seemed a bit... flat. Although I loved the way they brought back the animated helmet from the movie, that was cool. As I said before, I'm a big CG guy, thats one of the reasons why I love Sci-Fi stuff.
But I was never a big fan of Andromeda, no no no, I don't know why but I never liked it.
-
People Star Wars Ep III will be the best movie ever.... specially for the Wookiee sequences...
-
ok then, who saw Star Wars, originally in the theatre?
-
not me... im only 19.....
