I'm doing exercises three times a day where I flex my pelvic muscle and hold it for ten seconds. I do this three times three times a day. I understand this helps me last longer, but does it just [i][/i]make you last longer? Or do you have to keep it flexed during sex? Do you try to keep it unflexed? Please help me.

You're talking about Kegel exercises I presume. I've heard they can help you last longer, but exactly how you do it I don't know.

Yes, Kegel is highly recommended, but I really need to know excatly how to manage it. Thanks though.
