Ok here goes. I have just been to the doc to get a viral blood test done. I have got a small painless ulcer thing about 2mm accross inside my mouth below the bottom lip. This is the second time in 4 months this has occurred. A couple of years ago I had sex with an active girl and she bit me in exactly the place this ulcer occurs and drew a little blood. I have always been paranoid that I could have got something. Researching on the internet this sounds like syphallis, but can the first symptoms occurr 2 years later?? I am also worried to hell, so help really appreciated.

Syphallis

If it's two years later I'd say it was unrelated. A canker sore, perhaps?

No, it is not a canker sore. It has come back at exactly the same place and it don't hurt. Could I have missed stage one and this is stage 2?I just hope this is not HIV.

Whatever it is, it sure doesn't sound like HIV.

Here is an update. The blood test was specifically for syphilis and herpes. Both tests were negative. The test also showed that my anti-body count was normal. My doctor has recommended that I do nothing more. Here is a question: can you have a normal anti-body count and have HIV/AIDS?Thanks

If the doc said it was nothing then I think you should leave it at that.

AIDS is the various symptoms and other diseases you get as a result of having an HIV infection. HIV is the virus that can infect you. If someone has AIDS (i.e., they're showing various symptoms from an HIV infection), then surely their antibody count would be up.If you have and HIV infection and you have a functioning immune system, then you will have HIV antibodies in your blood...unless you were just infected. In other words, follow your doctor's advice: don't worry about it.
