ok, i doubt this is herpes, but its still freakin me out.i'm not circumsized, i have frequent sex with my girlfriend, unprotected, but she has been tested and negative results. couple months ago, i had sex with a girl, unprotected, and she said she had been tested and all was good. few weeks later, i started getting very small red bumps on the head of my penis and had ONE secretion of white fluid from the tip of my penis...now, i have never had and still don't have any itchyness, no painful blisters or sores, no open sores, just little red bumps. i have not had any secretions since that first innitial one. when i wash really well several times a day, the bumps go away. but if i have a lot of sex, or masterbate a lot, they come back. Is this just a weird rash, is it a skin condition i need to get treated, could it even be herpes, even though i have none of the symptoms? Please help me
-
Small red bumps, doubt its herpes.

It does seem like some sort of infection. Does it hurt to urinate? White fluid from the tip suggests gonorrhea, but it could be some other infection - perhaps yeast. Yeast is easily treated, but I do think you should get to a doctor or STD clinic for this.

it does not hurt to urinate anymore. like i said, i had that first time liquid come out right before i had to urinate, that burned a little when i peed, but since then, no pain nothing.

hi,i have the same condition and went to the doctors and they said it was from iritation during sex(under lubrication). I have them coming back now and then aswell, kinda freaks me out to. i have a steady girlfreind now and she said she started itching bout a week ago, and then today i get the red dots back. hmmmmmmmm. i wonder! as you say no itching but slight discomfort sometimes just so that you know they are there, you know what i mean........i have not experienced the secretions of white fluid, but occasionally after sex the knob can become quite iritated for about half an hour that is not painful but really annoying....during this the opening of the penis becomes quite inflamed and red. if any one else has this please post, as the docs just seem to think it nothing but it has got to be something????thank youll for your helpgoosey oh and there is like an extreme sensitivitie of the knob while the dots are present.... and sometimes the end loses a layer of skin, but not onl when they are present.

Man, I have the same thing. No itchyness, but discomfort just knowing that it's there. Every time after masturbation or sex, the area around the penis hole gets red with tiny bumps that I can only see in the light looking real hard, then after a shower and time to rest, they go away. I'm constantly looking and touching the head during the day and its getting me very depressed. Can the constant touching of the head cause an infection???And...can guys get yeast infections without having sex with a girl who has a yeast infection??? But yeast infections itch right?

Same thing here, small red bumps that come and go, deffinitely react to masturbation and sex, when they go away it takes about a week and they're back. I've noticed that the head of my penis is usually sweaty when I pull the skin back, I've been making sure I stay dry by keeping the foreskin back during the day, pain in the ass, the doctor gave me a cream that gets rid of them in days, but after I stop using the cream they come back.. gotta find the source of this bug.. if I do I'll come back and let you all know for sure, the cream the doctor gave me is:Lotriderm Cream, pretty cheap, $10 Canadian per bottle but you need a prescription. Something that helps for the meantime is using baby powder to keep the penis dry. Can't wait to figure this out and let everyone know. Does anyone else sit down all day at work like me? I was in great shape until I started working on the internet.

Just for everyone's info, ask your doctor about Balanitis, the first picture is EXACTLY what it looks like, the second is from something else they talk about in the article.http://cliniquelactuel.com/home/page/std/balanitis/#003
-
It can definitely be something in the air.. a mold or fungus. An air cleaner can help (if that's the problem).

Excellent post you gave us there mate!I was getting really depressed and low but that link has put a smile on me face knowing that the Balantis is a close match to my symptom. Its just a case of washing correctly and after sex washing it. also when you have a pee pull back the foreskin and dab off excess pee. This will help prevent balanitis in future.

OKThis Balantis seems to be the same thing I have aswell. This has been an issue for me for the last 2-3 years. I first noticed it when I was in a monogamous relationship with my GF of over 4 years. After lots of sex or masturbation there would be little tiny red bumps on the head of my penis and also all over the inside of the forskin.I went to a clinic and the doctor looked at it for about 5 seconds and told me it was a yeast infection. He prescribed Canneston? cream i believe. (Same thing women with Yeast infections use i guess) Anyways this seemed to clear it up in a day or two after the symptoms would appear but never cured the problem.I've tried to link other factors in my life diet etc that may lead to these little breakouts and nothing really stands out other than lots of sex as a cause. Now recently I went out for a night on the town with some friends. I ate a big steak, drank lots of beer and I smnoked a few cigarettes (i dont usually smoke). I was up all night long and when I woke up the next afternoon the bumps were back in FULL FORCE. Much redder and larger and more abundant than ever before. Maybe it was the smoking??? who knows.Ive gone to the clinic about this several times. First time is was a yeast infection, second time it was "friction blisters" from having too much sex, third time was "its normal it will go away", fourth time was the same.So finally I convinced teh doctor to get me an appt with a urologist and maybe I will get in to see one in 3-4 months... and Maybe*** I will actually have teh symptoms at that exact moment. So heres some names of stuff i found in my own research for you peeps:Lichen NitidusBalantisThrushhope that helps somebody

this is my first post but I have also had the same symptoms... they are normally small red bumps and sometimes they look like really really small pimples... and they come and go... every time they have been on the head of my penis... they do not have any fluid coming from them and I have no pain associated with it... I am also uncircumcised not sure if that makes a difference... and im still a virgin but I have received oral before... I started really noticing them about a year and a half ago but they haven’t really made me think until about a month or two ago when I really started noticing them... just wondering if I have the same thing... thanks for the feedback...

If you have a foreskin, then I would lean towards Balanitis. Otherwise, it could definately be a reaction to something either one of you are using: lubricants, feminine products, etc. Like your doctor, I too based on your symptoms would feel that this was indeed an STD. I would suggest both of you at the same time taking a visit to the doctor to get looked at and tested one more time. Make a list of all of the things you use as lubricants, even for masturbaition, and bring them to your doctor.

You replied to a post that's almost two years old. I hope the original poster already has a diagnosis by now.

Yes, but ziploctm replied a few days ago with a similar issue.
