I asked this in another forum but kind of got confused so here goes- i am in very good shape and everything but my stomach seems to stick out if i flex it i have an awesome looking six pack but when i dont it looks kind of fat, but i felt my stomach and its not fat at all so my question is will sit ups and crunches help make my stomach into a six pack

thats simply because of how your back is built. everyones back (well, on most normal people) is in the shape of an S, and it sticks out a bit at the stomach. all those models you see, who are perfectly relaxed, and are showing an awsome 6-pack, thats because they are trained to flex their stomach all day. you can try improving your posture, but, you cant bend your back so that your stomach is flatter.
