I've heard quite often that uncircumsized penises are a lot more sensitive then circumsized ones. But I think I exactly have the opposite. But I don't think that it has to do anything with beingt circumsized or not, 'cause I have a low sensitivity on my complete penis. It's very weird.I of course feel my penis when I grab it, but I can not tell how much, 'cause it's mixed in with the sensitivity I feel from my handpalm. When I roll up a page and stick my penis in it, I can feel my penis. It doesn't hurt one tiny bit and it's totally not sensitive, but I still feel it. But when I use the corner of that page and poke my penis with that, I don't even feel one little thing. What's this? Could this be of masturbation? 'cause I quite heavily masturbate and I have a strong grip...I'm wondering about this for quite a long time now, but I began to fantasize about all bad stuff related to this. So I thought it was time to ask you all. What do you think?- David Alzen

Uncircumsized Penis Almost No Sensitivity
-
You've probably suceeded in desensitizing your penis because of your "heavy mastubation and strong grip". The penis has become accustomed to your forceful style and no longer "feels" more sensitive touches.
-
If I change my masturbating to a much lighter grip, will this restore?
-
I would imagine eventually, but it might be a slow process.
-
So you advice to stop being rough. Can it get worse if I keep doing it? I would like to stop, but it's kind of become a habit, but I'll do my very best.
-
The main danger from being too rough is that you rub the skin raw. But if you're not damaging anything, it probably won't get any worse. However lack of sensation might be a problem with actual sex, since the vaginal walls aren't rough.
-
If you had to take a guess, and I would from now on have a normal grip, how long could the restorement take?
-
I really don't think anyone can even give you an estimate.
-
But will it take more then a year? And is it even possible to restore?
-
Unless someone has gone through this, it's impossible to know.
-
I would also add that when you masturbate you should use lubrication and soft strokes. I don't doubt that you could get the sensitivity back. Actually, I'm even wondering if laying off the masturbation for a good long while might help too.
-
When you masturbate, do you pull your foreskin back completely to expose the head? Is the head sensitive to touch? How about the underside of the penis when the foreskin is pulled back, where that web of skin is that connects to the foreskin (the frenulum)? Is that sensitive and pleasurable when you rub it gently?
-
Wow, this isn't good news :s But still, even if it can't restore, I'll still stoften my grip, so that it won't get worse. Am I glad that I asked this, ow boy.Focus - I never even touch my head, to sensitive, and I guess the frenulum (or something ), well, that white string, is sensitive, but I never really payed any attention to that.
-
Errr, I just poked my (penis)head with a piece of paper and I felt nothing :S I don't understand, now this is getting very weird for me (I also poked my frenuliwoopsietoopsie and that was certainly sensitive)
-
I really don't understand what you are talking about now. First you say that the head is not sensitive, but then you say you can't masturbate the exposed head becasuse it is too sensitive. Which is it?
-
I'll try and be simple about this ---> First, I was just talking about the fact that I had a very low sensitivity on my penis (the skin, I wasn't talking about the head exposed) and then somebody asked how it was with my head, and I said that part was sensitive, but then I kind of changed my mind, but now I changed my mind back, lol. My problem is more with the skin on my penis, the head is just slightly less sensitive then normal, but nothing weird or something.
-
The skin on my dick feels just like skin on the rest of my body. No special sensitivity. I think you are worried over nothing.
-
I agree with sdp. The most sensitive parts of the penis are the glans (head), the frenulum, and parts of the inner foreskin. The rest of the penis (shaft, shaft skin, and outer foreskin) don't have much sensitivity - its like skin on the rest of the body. So as long as the head of your penis, and the frenulum are sensitive to touch, you're perfectly fine.
