hi im new here and i just wanted to ask a quick question, im 15 and when i get erections the foreskin tends to bunch up behind the head, but my foreskin is very loose and i am afraid to try too pull it back any futher because the frenulum is a bit tight. what can i do to help this?
Hi, James: Exercising the frenum will help loosen and lengthen the tissue to permit freer movement. An effective procedure is to pull firmly but gently, out, away from your body on the underside of your foreskin where the frenum is located, using your fingers. Hold the 'stretch' for up to five minutes and repeat the exercise several times a day. In addition, careful "use" of the foreskin while masturbating will increase the flexibility of the frenum, just as the coiled spring on a screen door gradually loses its initial stiffness and strength through repeated use.
