don't let it get you down man...you're normal. any guy with a penis is normal..don't let anybody tell you, you are missing something very essential..did you notice it before you came here?

13 year old forced to have circumcision
Don't buy that bullshit buddy. The uncut are just trying to make you feel bad by psuhing their hardcore beliefs. Being circumcised will not sexually effect you.
This is bullshit, young man. You have no idea WTF you're talking about. I'd invest in savings bonds if I were you.
did you notice it before you came here?
You think he came here and got brainwashed? If someone comes from a land of one-armed people, he might not think there's a problem until he goes somewhere that people have two arms. When he realizes his deficiency, it's not because he's brainwashed.Seriously, don't you think that maybe there's a reason that the penis evolved with a foreskin? Do you think it's possible that there's a downside to circumcision?
-
so what's your opinion about it then? And I'd appreciate it if you didn't consider it a deficiency, please.
-
There's the testimony of people who have been circumcised at an age where they can compare both states. There's also the fact the the glans penis is a mucous membrane, and when the penis is circumcised, the glans loses its mechanical protection and dries out, which seems to affect sensation. There are also a lot of nerve endings in the foreskin. It's all strong evidence that a male's sexual sensation is diminished by circumcision. If that's true, I'd consider it a deficiency. It doesn't mean that you can't have a satisfying sex life, it just mean that it won't be quite as good. It's a matter of degree.I am circumcised, not that it has much to do with the argument.
-
In reply to: Seriously, don't you think that maybe there's a reason that the penis evolved with a foreskin? Do you think it's possible that there's a downside to circumcision? Probably, but it's not so needed, as to refer to not having it, a deficiency...same with the appendix.
-
In reply to:
but it's not so needed
How can you be so sure about that, doc? Do you understand what a religious belief is? You think there's zero posibility that anything I said might be correct? Are you just impervious to new information?
Please tell me you're not studying science.
-
I did not say that it wasn't needed, period...i said that it is not SO necessary, as to say that all who lack it, are in deed, deficient...but Steve, I really don't care...it's skin. You think it's mutilation, I disagree..fine. leave it at that. stop trying to make everything a debate. Oh, well this one armed man, grows up..blah blah blah...who really cares all that much? This subject is exhausted. Please...move on.
-
In reply to:
stop trying to make everything a debate.
Then stop posting nonsense. You keep saying you don't care, blah, blah, blah, yet you keep posting on the subject. You started a thread for people who are proud of their circumcised penis.
In reply to:

You keep saying you don't care, blah, blah, blah, yet you keep posting on the subject.
In reply to:
it's skin
...that's full of nerve endings, and that protects the glans. Now are you really stupid, or are you just yanking my chain? You keep posting crap about how it doesn't matter, and your very sure about it, but you can't support your position, so you change the subject to pride.
In reply to:
who really cares all that much?
You do and I do. Why else would we keep posting to threads on the subject?
How about if you defend you position with something that resembles facts, mister no-debater. If you removed your "feelings" from your posts on the subject, would there be anything left?
-
In reply to:
You keep saying you don't care, blah, blah, blah, yet you keep posting on the subject.
Ok, let me clarrify, I don't care for your repetitive drivel.
In reply to:

Does it really matter if I say I'm not stupid, you'll just say I am, simply because I don't agree with you. About supporting my position: Find me a child, nay, a baby, just born, have that baby sign a written form stating, "I, the baby, just born, state that before my circumcision, my penis IS very well sensitized." Have that same child as an adult, sign a written statement stating that when he was a child, right before he was cut, he felt more sensitivity.
So honestly, if you look at it, it's hard to prove either side. You get your imformation from newly cut adults, or kids above a certain age, when they start to notice their penis'. Ok Steve, I leave it open for you to find more meaningless holes. While you're at it: The sky is blue, the grass is naturally green, the sun is 93 billion miles away. There, those should keep you busy for a few minutes, give all the other folks round here time to try get a word in edge-wise without it being degraded, and reduced to nonesense, as you like to say.
-
I think Steve is racist!
-
Aren't you white? Hmmm...I guess I'm an equal opportunitity critic of foggy thinking, young dude.
For all I know, everyone here's a green Martian....and I couldn't care less either way. -
In reply to:

Ok, let me clarify, I don't care for your repetitive drivel. There, we're even.
Agreeing with me wouldn't make your argument any less stupid, if your agreement was based on the usual non-logical non-reasoning.
In reply to:

First of all, I'm not sure why a baby's sexual sensation is an issue. This doesn't make much sense.
A more useful question would be, "How can you compare the sensation, as an adult, of a circumcised man with that of an uncircumcised man?" Of course you can't. But if you believe nerves have anything to do with sensation, you'll have to entertain the idea that sensation might be affected. Likewise with the dried-out-mucous-membrane issue.
In reply to:
So honestly, if you look at it, it's hard to prove either side.
It's impossible to prove either side! That's something the rich stuck-up guy doesn't understand. But that's how science works. You gather evidence to support and idea. You find a way to test your hypotheses. You know, the science thing.
no1smartassinusa, do you think removal of the clitoris during infancy would be OK, even if it's not OK during adolescence? (Your canned answer: "Don't compare removal of the clitoris with removal of the foreskin!") This is aimed at the "you can't prove anything" argument, not the argument you're almost certainly thinking of.
You seem not to have any difficulty getting a word in edgewise. You can post to your heart's delight and I won't do anything about it other than point out the wrong, inconsistent, and ridiculous stuff. Cut the "Help, help, I'm being repressed" crap.
-
I don't think this thread is exactly moving forward.
-
In reply to: But if you believe nerves have anything to do with sensation, you'll have to entertain the idea that sensation might be affected I'm sure it does have something to do with sensation, and sensitivity, but nerves can grow back, I've experienced it first hand. And I'm tired of trying to argue this, you're right, I'm right, bullshit conversation.
-
In reply to:
but nerves can grow back
Firstly, it didn't work too well for Christopher Reeve. Secondly, where would the nerves grow if you cut off the foreskin?
It might be better if you'd stop announcing that you're taking your marbles and going home. If you lose interest in a thread or poster, just don't post to that thread, don't answer that poster.
-
Again guys this is getting really old. Why dont the two of you just stop and move on. You're not going to agree and I'm getting quite tired of this babbling back and forth.
-
In reply to:It doesn't feel so good when others call out your flaws, does it?It doesn't feel bad if the criticism has merit. You're just piling on, poking with a stick, because there's a large void between your ears, and you have nothing useful to offer. If all you can say is, "Yeah, isn't he an asshole!", then you're making yourself feel good, like the child you are.In reply to:Again guys this is getting really old.Good point.

this is why religion is crazy to me. he won't turn into a man if he isn't circumcised? Or a jewish boy won't turn into a man if he isn't bar mitzvahed? what is this the dark ages? Look religion can be a wonderful thing for some people, but to FORCE a child to cut off a piece of his penis is brutal (that's not to say that circumcision is brutal, but forcing someone to do it is.) I feel sorry for this person. I was circumcised at 14 (willingly) and now at 23 I regret it completely. I guess i wanted to fit in with the other boys. Well if this person misses it that much then when he gets older he can restore his foreskin if he wishes. And cut or not cut, religion or no religion, NO 13 year old boy is a man.
-
I don't know where this original post came from, but the part about the dad not letting him have pain relief and telling what kind of circumcision to get really makes it seem like a S&M fantaxy story.
-
You never really know what to believe, but the guy about whom the story is about has posted here, and he seems for real.
