It says "Always be on the lookout for a tiny lump under the skin, in the front or along the sides of either testicle. A lump may remind you of a kernel of uncooked rice or a small hard pea."
I've noticed a small round white lump on the lower part of my testicles for a few months now...its the hardness of that grain of rice, but its very, very small.. circumference maybe 1/4 to 1/2 the size of a grain of rice (much smaller than an eraser head). It doesn't hurt and hasn't changed size, etc. but it's definitely relatively new to the area and is a white lump, albeit small, about the size of nice zit. What is it?
