Dear Chan ... Keep the glans penis covered when the shower beads are directed against it. When you pull the foreskin back to rinse, direct the shower against your chest and let the water run down over your penis, scrubbing it gently with your hand. Remember NEVER to use soaps on the glans and under the foreskin. They tend to kill the good bacteria which reside there, opening up the region to infections. The glans will gradually lose some of the hyper-sensitivity from being protected, long-term, but remember that it's designed to be "touoched" only by the tisses of a sopping-wet vagina, not by dry, calloused hands or by the sharp sting of a shower.Korydon

Remember bud that the head of your pensi has been covered and not exposed to touch or stimulation at all. Its very common for our penis head to be supersensitive for a while. The more you touch it, rub it and expose it to direct stimulation, the less sensitive it'll be. Soon, it'll be the most pleasureable part of your penis and you'll love and enjoy rubbing it and working with it while you masturbate.

Hey there, yeah, it's gonna be really sensitive for a while... I remember the exact thing you're talking about in fact. You can just face your back to the shower or move closer so less drops fall directly on it. It's good to get used to the increased feeling though and to gradually get less sensitized. I think you may also find that if you leave it exposed in open air for a long period it'll get chapped too. I never understood how uncircumsized guys could deal with the drying out but I guess they build up a tough layer which must be why they're supposed to feel less sensation (so I hear).

no i am uncircumsised and i get extreme sensations. but the part of my head that is covered by the foreskin is still extremely sensitive to the shower. is this good or bad? i have no problem stretching my foreskin.

Ironbutterfly, I suspect you mean to say that you don't understand how *circumcised* men deal with the drying out of their glans penis, and with chafing from exposure to clothing, etc. It is a problem which becomes progressively worse in time for circumcised males, and not a few older men suspect that they must now, as a result, rely on Viagra, etc, to achieve sexual satisfaction.
After all, the inner foreskin is not really skin. It's mucous membrane, similar to the tissue inside the mouth, or beneath the eye lid. Imagine the effect of leaving one's mouth continuously open, or of slicing away and removing one's eyelid! Circumcision makes as much sense, and it's one reason why the procedure is properly termed genital mutilation.

Well, if it hurts when the shower head hits it, turn down the water pressure, or desensitize your glans slightly so that you can tolerate it, because for as long as you have the foreskin covering the glans the most part of the day, you won't lose a large amount of sensitivity.
