Ok i am very very sensitive to light. So my bedroom faces east which sux because its like im on the surface of the sun. So i end up losing sleep because when the sun rises, and i naturally wake up 10 times a night, its hard for me to fall back asleep. Does anyone have suggestions on how to block out this light better. The blinds i have dont work to well and the curtains only block out some of it

I use aluminum foil. It keeps my room dark, and I might be crazy but it I think it keeps my room cooler during the summer.
