Guys, i need help.I am experiencing some "severe" itchyness in my scrotum and underside penis area. When i look at my scrotum area, i can see that it is red (maybe from the scratching?) and some of the pubic hair roots have a small white spot (just like if i had goosebumps). And i also saw that some of the pubic hair have a lighter/almost transparent color near the root.It itches badly during the night and only when i think about it during the day.I never had sex in my life, no one else uses my towel or was in my bed, can anyone help?

Crabs?

It could be crabs (pubic lice) or it could be scabies (a type of mite). Scabies is notorious for being very itchy at night. You can catch these in a non-sexual way, especially from towels or clothing that someone else has infected. They are persistent critters and it's quite possible to catch them without an obvious means of transmisssion.Fortunately the treatment for crabs and scabies is the same - insecticide. You can get special stuff from a pharmacist, but a home remedy is to use pyrethrin-based insect repellent. If insecticide doesn't work, it may be a fungal infection like jock itch. That's easily treated too with stuff from a pharmacist, but you'd need an antifungal (anything anti-tinea would be fine). That's more common, but from your description I'd try insecticide first.

Should i go to a doctor to be sure it is some STDs and not some "normal" itchyness caused by the warm n moist weather? Im already too shy to tell my parents...also, if I buy some "insecticide" and i don't have crabs/scabies, will i get any secondary symptoms?thanks

Going to the doctor is an excellent thing to do if it's feasible. The doctor should be able to get a good idea from looking at it what it might be and what it isn't.
From your description of severe itching and reddening it sounds more than just something like prickly heat. Warm and moist weather do encourage fungal infections like jock itch, and that's certainly a possibility. It shouldn't hurt you to use something insecticidal if it's not crabs or scabies, nor should it hurt you to use an antifungal if it's not jock itch.
