Does it come down to the same thing if you are doing cardio on a treadmill or bicycle in the gym?And if you want to remove a small layer od fat what would be an ideal amount of time(days/mins) to do cardio?

I'm not an expert, so I'm not sure how much this will help you. Don't take what I'm about to tell you seriously, as I could be very wrong.I think that running on a treadmill is a lot more effective than cycling; you probably burn more calories and such. It makes sense, doesn't it? I mean, on a bicycle you're sitting down and not really carrying your full bodyweight. If you ride a bicycle longer, though, then that will probably have the same effect as running on a treadmill for a shorter amount of time.I would recommend running or riding a bike at least 3 or 4 times a week for about 20-30 minutes everyday if you want to see improvements...This is just based on experiences I have had in long distance running. You're probably better off asking your doctor and not me, lol.

Running outside is better than any treadmill. Jog for about 20 min. 5 days a week and finish each day with suicide runs.
