ok, i used to be fat, but i lost some of it and now im pretty fit, when i flex i have like a 6 pack, but there is this little layer of skin that kinda blocks all of it. and i was wondering how i could tighten that skin so my abbs will show better. and if it helps its my lower abbs that im talkin about. and i also have a little problem with that on my chest to. its just excess skin, and i really wanna tighten it but i dont know how. some one plz help me
