Im an 18 year old male who is 5"9 and weigh around 10 stone (according to google that is the equivalent of 140 pounds)
I used to eat lots of junk food to try and get fatter to convert to muscle but as that didnt work because I cant put on any weigt no matter how much I eat. After this, I started eating much more healthy. This doesnt seem to get me fater either.
I have hardly any chest muscle (pecks) at all, no matter how much working out I do. I try to do about 30 pressups every 3 or 4 days (I dont want to over do it) but nothing seems to happen.
Is it because im skinny and have no fat to convert to muscle? I would prefer to get a bit fatter and tone that up because skinny people who look muscly look quite sickening I find, where as people who look a bit fatter have a more curved kind of look to their muscles.
Does any one have any tips for me please? If you do that would be greatly appreciated!
